Safiyya Bint Huyay (r.anha)

Elle est née à Médine en l’an 610 du calendrier grégorien. Son père, Huyay bin Akhtab, était le chef des Banu Nadir, l’une des trois tribus juives de Médine.

Certaines sources la nomment Rahyâna bint Zayd. Elle est issue de la tribu des Banu Nadir. Son père, Cham’ûn bin Zayd al-Azdi, fait partie des compagnons qui ont transmis des hadiths présents dans différents recueils.

À l’origine, elle se nommait Barra. Née en 607, elle était la fille du chef de la tribu des Banu Mustaliq, Hârith bin Abu Dirar.

Hafsa (r.anha) était la fille d’Omar bin Khattab (ra), elle naquit en l’an 605 du calendrier grégorien. Sa mère s’appelait Zaynab bint Maz’ûn et était issue de la tribu de Banu Jumah.
